Samples email

Spam is an unfortunate reality of online life. The more your email address is 'out there', the more junk you're likely to get. If you're going to request samples from companies and/or sign up for newsletters, loyalty clubs, coupons, I recommend you set up a samples/newsletters only email to reduce the spam in your 'real' email. You can set up a free account with yahoo or hotmail and use it just for this purpose. I have one and never use my 'real' address for offers. My 'real' email gets maybe one spam email a week, my 'sign up' email gets 20+ daily.
